"Because of Covid". You hear that a lot these days but the service dept. here is atrocious. I called to get the first oil change on barely used 2019 Infiniti. I asked if they had loaners, they said no b the service dept. here is atrocious. I called to get the first oil change on barely used 2019 Infiniti. I asked if they had loaners, they said no because of "covid". I asked if they had rentals, they said no because of "covid". I asked if they can come and pick up your car like other luxury dealers do, they said no because of "covid". I asked if they could give me a ride back home, they said no because of "covid". So finally I asked what am I to do while the car is serviced. They said I can sit down with other customers in a waiting room. I asked, isn't that a bit dangerous to be in a small waiting room with strangers because of "covid". The lady said no. This place is a joke, the only thing fancy about this dealer is their name based on the city they reside in leasing Bacardi's building. I called South Motors Infiniti and guess what? They came, picked up the car, left a loaner and then returned the car and took the loaner. No excuses, just luxury service, something Infiniti of Coral Gables does not do. Stay away from here, this place sucks, you'll get much better service at any non luxury dealer than here. More
