Not only did he get those resolved in a timely and non-stressful manner, but he also helped resolve an off-site problem I was having by providing a special loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. It's the little things like this that create loyal customers and build a level of trust in how the dealership will take care of you and your vehicle when and if it may be needed. Peter Ngo in the parts department is always greeting you with a warm smile which makes you feel like he's really happy to see you as he's also ordering the parts you need for your vehicle repair. I have to thank Ed, the service manager for allowing me to talk to the service techs. when I have any concerns or questions about my vehicle. Being technically inclined, this helps me gain a strong positive feeling that when my vehicle is in for repairs, it's in very good hands. I picked up my vehicle after the shift was over and Alex who repaired my vehicle graciously spent extra time in showing me what he had done and answering numerous questions about the car so I had a better understanding of it's features and capabilities. My husband and I own a Cafe (Champlin's Evergreen Cafe, 1001 I St., Sacramento, Calif....it's located inside the Calif.
