I knew I was interested in the QX60, and kris went through the car features, test drove the car with me, and found the exact car with options that were non negotiable for me. Pricing was negotiable given my budget and I never felt I was being pressured or that I should walk away from the deal. Upon day of picking up the car, the finance process was easy and quick, and they negotiated more with me as I was returning a non-Infiniti vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer if you’re interested in an Infiniti. More

Unprofessional and Dishonest Business Practices Nice sales experience with knowledgeable, patient sales executive. Negated however by an unacceptable business / buying experience with an unprofessio Nice sales experience with knowledgeable, patient sales executive. Negated however by an unacceptable business / buying experience with an unprofessional and dishonest business manager at this dealership. Here is a laundry list of dishonest and unprofessional practices that took place. 1) Listed incorrect sales price in sales sheet. Had to get that changed. 2) Listed incorrect loan rate for financing. Sales told me a CPO rate of 0.99% was available then the business manager said it wasn’t available but a 4.99% rate was available. A classic bait and switch. Lost that one. 3) The down payment I placed on the car was not listed on the sales sheet as a credit. I had to have it credited later to my CC. 4) I was told by sales that I could buy additional warranty for the CPO car as long as I purchased it while the current in service warranty was in effect. The business manager said I had to buy it at the deal closing otherwise it would not be available to me. Who was lying and who was telling the truth? I passed on the additional warranty although thought I might purchase it later – not now. 5) I told the business manager I didn’t need new plates as I had them from a recent car sale. I even showed them to him during the deal closing and he wrote down the number. Well, he bought me new plates anyway costing me more money which he said I would save because I had plates. 6) Sales said they would touch up a few paint chips on the car. They didn’t have the color paint so had to order it. By the time it came in my temp NJ license had expired and I didn’t have the new reg. yet so I couldn’t bring the car in for the touch up to be applied professionally at their shop. Nice finishing touch. Unprofessional and dishonest business practices as documented above. Don’t walk, but run away from this dealership. More

Lies Lies and More Lies Went to this dealer and spoke with Leon M May on 9/23. Had a great start to my visit Leon seemed great (seemed is the key word) while I was there. Went on a test drive of a Infiniti q50 and was quoted $399 a month with tax and fees down on signing. I emailed Leon about color choices and he never emailed me back. When we spoke he said that was out sick the day that I emailed him. I forgot that emails disappear after a day.... Spoke to Leon later in the week and he told me the color I wanted was not available in the car that I want which was not true. On Saturday I spoke to Leon and I was informed that the car he priced out for me no longer available. He told me that there were no 2017 Q50's left ANYWHERE in the area and that he would give me money if I found one. I was so angry at this point I called Infiniti of Ramsey and guess what they had...... 6 2017 Q50 including the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted. I texted Leon and let him know that I have the new car and he can send me the money for just the 1 car not the 6 that I found when he wants. I would not buy a paper clip from Leon M May. In fact if Leon offered me a free car I would turn it down. More
