Horrible Experience I had come in to lease a coupe and knew exactly which model I wanted as I had test driven it several months prior, I made it very simple for the sales I had come in to lease a coupe and knew exactly which model I wanted as I had test driven it several months prior, I made it very simple for the sales associate because I was coming in prepared so it was an easy sale. After closing the deal that day I had come back the following week to pick up the car only to find that it was a COMPLETELY different car. They actually tried to convince me that this was indeed the car I had wanted even though I didn't even know this model existed. Mistakes happen which is understandable even though its hard to mistake a TWO door coupe and a mid size sedan but nevertheless there were no apologies, no trying to sort out the problem or fix the mistake, absolute disregard for the mistake that happened. Instead they said " well you never would have gotten this deal on what you wanted". Well ok , be that as it may in the customer service industry I would assume a dealership would at least ATTEMPT to address the problem and not just allow a customer to walk out in this kind of situation. Horrible customer service, huge waste of time coming in here. More

Poor Customer Service I bought a car from this place several months ago, when I purchased the vehicle the Sales person gave me the wrong spare keys for the vehicle. I've been trying to get this issue resolved for several months now, service says they can't help me as it's a Sales problem, Sales is typical Sales and is on to the next deal. The General Manager doesn't return calls (I've left at least 10 VMs). I have been leasing cars for the last 20 years and have never been treated this way. They owe me a lot of money as part of the deal i signed early December and continuously avoid giving it to me and provide me with a different answer every time i go there to pick up my check. I must have stopped by there 15 times and spoke with Finance, my Sales rep and the GM with no resolution. no returned calls or emails. Walked in to buy a used car, put down deposit, thought I had a deal and next day I get a call that they want 10000 more down or I can't have the car! Santiago the slimy salesmen insulted me by saying "call us if your financial situation improves" and said he would take care of my refund but it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. They keep giving me the run around and sending me to voicemail so I called my bank and its being taken care of. Btw, the following day I went to a credible dealership (Honda of tenafly) and purchased the same car but an upgraded limited version and also got an additional 1000 on my trade. A friend of mine knows the owner and he's apparently trying to sell this dealership. When they do, I hope all of them end up working at mcdonalds like they deserve. Don't be like me and give them the benefit of the doubt, it's all TRUE STAY THE F AWAY More
Worst Dealer!! I leased a new Q50 and traded in my old infiniti. it has now been three months that NMAC threatening to report me to a collection agency because "In I leased a new Q50 and traded in my old infiniti. it has now been three months that NMAC threatening to report me to a collection agency because "Infiniti of Englewood" didn't pay my remained balance fully. I visited more than 7 times and each time I am assured that it will be resolved ASAP. But, it is still not paid yet, and it will impacting my credit score soon. The way that "Infiniti of Englewood" has handled this matter has been unacceptable and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I love Infiniti cars, but I don't think I will not get infiniti again, because of "Infiniti of Englewood !!" More

did not fix anything After I picked up my new QX80($76,000) purchase. I noticed a vibration/Shimmy on the steering wheel when driving it home. I took it to service the nex After I picked up my new QX80($76,000) purchase. I noticed a vibration/Shimmy on the steering wheel when driving it home. I took it to service the next day. I brought the car there with 50 miles on it. So beside the vibration issue there were also white spots on the roof of the vehicle. They said when they remove the protective plastic that sometimes it cause these white spots. They called me two days later to pic up my vehicle, they said they changed all the tires because they were faulty and causing the vibration. As far as the spots on the roof they said they couldnt fix that because they did not want to risk damaging the other parts of the roof. I mean does that even make sense? So I drive the car home and still feel the vibration. Look I usually dont waste my time writing online reviews but I have to write this because I want people to know where not to go. More
