Running board torn off Once again, Flemington Infiniti exceeds my expectations. Just the other day a friend of mine tried to stand on the running board of my QX60. It brok Once again, Flemington Infiniti exceeds my expectations. Just the other day a friend of mine tried to stand on the running board of my QX60. It broke off from the car and needed repair. I drove straight to Infiniti and Ed Shoemaker was able to repair the problem on the spot. My wait time waiting was minimal and the repair was not as expensive as I would have expected. I was especially impressed with the fact that Ed tried to see if the original piece could be repaired before he assumed I would need a new piece. Unfortunately, I needed a new piece, as the damage was bad. I really appreciated the fact that every effort was made to keep the cost down if possible. That says a lot about the care the employees have for their car owners. More
