In this case my 2013 G37 convertible had water on the floor, it leaked and was worsening. Yes I still have it 5 years later but they no longer make a convertible. Anyway, the leaks are Very difficult to find. Flemington is a small dealership and year after year you see and deal with the same people. The other 2 dealers I have purchased from are the opposite. They are factories, people all leave, no one knows you, you are a number, no one really cares. They are about today's commission. Flemington actually remembers selling you a car years later. They stand behind them. The service gentleman, Edward Shoemaker was absolutely superb. I was given a loaner vehicle for the entire time my car was in service. It took a long time to completely reseal the convertible up. They kept testing it. Many hours of labor. He kept in touch with me constantly. At the end it took a long time and the bill was far higher than first estimated. What did he do? He convinced the dealership to eat almost 30% of the bill, and charged me only the estimate. Phenomenal is the word. Hard top Convertibles are complicated and it gives me a view into perhaps why they stopped making them. Still its a joy! I'll enjoy it as my 3rd car toy for a long time. 3 weeks later, after a week of rain storms, the inside is completely dry. Well done! This is the dealership to buy from, and its the dealership to service at. I like up in Northern NJ, and even though it is far for me, the trip is well worth it. More

In addition I've found the service department to give an appointment time that is convenient or offer a courtesy loaner if desired. I assumed it was an air condition problem so I called the dealership right away. After explaining the problem, they agreed and asked if I could bring the car in first thing Monday morning. I said yes, as long as I could get a loaner car to work for the day. They assured me that would not be a problem and it was not. I arrived bright and early Monday morning. The dealership gave me a loaner and assured me my car would be done by 3, as I requested. As it turns out, it was the fan belt and my car was repaired and cleaned by 3 pm sharp. It is nice to know that when I call the dealership, the people I speak with are understanding and helpful with all of my needs. They work hard to keep the customer happy and informed as to any concerns with the car. Thank you Flemington Infiniti for always going above and beyond to see that all my needs are met! More
