Honest and Dependable Service I just renewed a lease for the second time with Flemington Infiniti, though I have been an Infiniti customer since 2008, when I leased my first vehicl I just renewed a lease for the second time with Flemington Infiniti, though I have been an Infiniti customer since 2008, when I leased my first vehicle from Ramsey Infiniti. I decided to change to Flemington Infiniti in 2015 because of the excellent service a colleague of mine told me about (and he was right, I've worked with Paul Hickman in the service department ever since and he has always been a person that goes above and beyond!) In particular, Ryan Orsi is the individual I worked with on the sale and was the reason I ultimately decided to remain a customer with Flemington Infiniti. No matter what the business is, I appreciate working with a person who is honest, dependable and values the relationship - not just the name on the dotted line. Ryan renewed my confidence with Flemington Infiniti, after I was considering working with another dealership. Ryan made a convoluted situation seamless and comfortable. He eased all the parts people dread about "car shopping". Ryan's professionalism and integrity are the qualities that every business would benefit from and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with him - not to mention, the AWESOME car I would not be driving if it were not for his efforts! Equally as impressive, is Ryan's knowledge of the cars, no matter how small the detail, Ryan knows the information and is just as passionate explaining it to you, as you are learning about your new car. I was fortunate enough to also work again with David Younan in the Finance department, who makes the paperwork process quick and easy. As someone who is easily overwhelmed, Dave helps to keep it simple and reassure any doubts. Finally, Steve Kiley in the Management department worked hard to retain my business and continue my relationship with Flemington Infiniti.
