Very responsive, No pressure, Pleasant experience is how I would describe this dealership. I didn’t intend to buy a car with this being the first car I test drove. Informative, pleasant, low-pressure, purchase of a QX-80 My family and I were looking for a good family vehicle with 7-seat capacity. We had been to several other dealerships and either did not like the deal My family and I were looking for a good family vehicle with 7-seat capacity. We had been to several other dealerships and either did not like the deals we were offered, or did not like the vehicles we had seen prior. When we arrived at Flemington Infiniti, we were greeted by Michael Brandt who was very friendly and knowledgeable about both the QX-60 and the QX-80. He was able to answer our questions with accurate information about the specs of the cars, and provided real-world examples of the cars performance from his experience as a former owner/driver of both vehicles. This was important, because, surprisingly, many of the salespeople at other dealerships did not have knowledge of the cars they were trying to sell us. We spent several hours with the test-drive and discussing options. During our time at the dealership, we did not feel any pressure from Michael to make a purchase or to close a deal. Instead, we were given a very balanced and comprehensive overview of our choices and we were left to make a relaxed and informed decision, which is something we appreciated above all else. We also had a positive experience with David Younan in finance. He was helpful and transparent with our financing options and took some extra time to discuss our purchasing strategy and payment plan. Overall, this was a very good car purchasing experience and I would return to this dealership for future purchases. More
