Minimal back & forth to get to a number I was satisfied with for the final cost after trade. Decided to buy the car that afternoon. I hate the game involved with buying cars. Mike was straightforward. The numbers I was texted matched what was on the docs (this was not the case with a previous car purchase where a different dealer tried to pull a fast one) and we were out the door with our car that afternoon. Unfortunately, two months after owning the car, someone pulled out in front of my husband and totaled the car. He was okay, but we needed a replacement car. We searched and searched; we were surprised it was so difficult to find a similar replacement car. I guess we didn't realize how many upgrades we had. We continued to look very close to home, but the cars either did not have the upgrades or had unacceptable damage. We got desperate and expanded our territory and that's when we found the perfect replacement car at Flemington. I spoke with Michael Brandt, over the phone, and he assured me that the car on his lot was in great shape. We decided to make a day trip, up and back, to look at this car. Buying a used car is always a big risk, but we were shocked by the great condition of the car and it was definitely worth the trip. However, what may have been even better was the low pressure sales environment and upfront nature of the gentlemen who we worked with at Flemington. Flemington was professional and they kept things above board. My hats off to Michael Brandt and David Younan. Flemington Infiniti was the second dealership we called. Dawn was very professional and very reassuring. They didn't have the car in stock. She said "give me your number and I will call you in 30mns with a car". Within 30min she had located a car within 100miles. By the time we gave her the go ahead, the deal was gone! She wanted to do business with us, so she said what about a 2020 model, it will cost you more than the 2019. So we said give us some numbers. She came back with some numbers and we said it's a bit pricey. She said let me talk with my manager... They came back with an offer that was too good to let go!! Within three days, Dawn sold us a 2020 Hermosa Blue Infiniti QX60, an upgrade from our initial 2019 model! Dawn you are the best! More
