Great Service and communication Bought my QX30 sport from this dealership and had a great experience 2 years ago. This past month I took my car in for service, a recall notice and a Bought my QX30 sport from this dealership and had a great experience 2 years ago. This past month I took my car in for service, a recall notice and an odd problem with the radio. Ed Shoemaker in service asked me a number of questions regarding my radio problem and he took notes. Ed then got me a loaner, a brand new version of the car I brought for service, and sent me on my way. Ed called me two days later to update me and tell me that the service technician quickly took care of my service and recall and that the radio was going to take more observation and interaction with Infiniti to work thru the problem and solution. Though the repair took a little longer than Ed or I anticipated he did a wonderful job of letting me know the progress of the repair. I really appreciate that Ed and the service tech kept focused and worked thru the repair. I got my car back and sure enough everything worked perfectly. I was a very satisfied customer and will continue to bring my cars to Flemington Infiniti. More
