He always makes sure I have a loaner vehicle whenever I need one which makes scheduling my day extremely easy. The service greeter are also top shelf and make you feel welcomed every time you visit the service department. I also commend the fact that the service manager is also available to help you if needed. No pushy sales tactics, and they were especially helpful in light of the fact I was still waiting on my deposit from the insurance company for my last vehicle deemed a total loss. Richard even picked me up from the rental car company, and came all the way down to my office to install the SD card for the navigation system after the purchase so I didn't have to wait given it wasn't ready yet.
