I want to give a big shout out to Hoffman Estates Infiniti. On October 12, 2024 I had telephone the mentioned Infiniti Dealership and had spoke with Steve Serofino about leasing a new Q50 Infiniti f Infiniti. On October 12, 2024 I had telephone the mentioned Infiniti Dealership and had spoke with Steve Serofino about leasing a new Q50 Infiniti for my wife. Steve was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very concerned about meeting all my vehicle needs. After speaking with him for 20 minutes, I developed a trust in him and drove to the dealership. Once there, Steve had Joe Gappa show my wife and I the car we spoke about on the phone, which was a 2024 Infiniti Q50. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and everyone welcomed us. Our sales person Joe Gappa was excellent. He explained the vehicle to its fullest extent. Joe Gappa demonstrated full concern on our vehicle purchase and was a pleasure to see a salesperson enjoying his career.
