I contacted the dealership through email and received a personalized response from them on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday, I called the dealership for more information and I was connected with Chase Lapeyrouse in sales. I can say that I was very impressed, from the first response to the end. I explained I was in Florida and really needed lots of details in order to drive to Louisiana! Chase went above and beyond to make sure I had all the help necessary to make that decision. After our initial conversation, Chase went onto the lot and made a detailed video of the vehicle, as if I was standing there on the lot with him! I've never received service like this from a dealership (and we've been emailing about vehicles for a while)!! After the video I had more questions and Chase promptly and kindly answered every question we had. After reviewing all the videos, calls and texts, my husband and in-laws made the trip to Lafayette. They were impressed with the dealership and top notch customer service. Chase made sure we had everything we needed to make this purchase as easy as possible!!!
