New Customer Experience Arthur was great and has continued to strive for customer satisfaction. Have never heard from Dennis since we bought the car. He was misleading with car features and ended up paying out of my pocket for an item I was told was on the car (welcoming affect) and John the financial person who helped us was simply terrible. Did not discuss anything to include warranty or extended warranty deals let alone and gap options. We went in with a check from a credit union and it was time for the dealer to be closing and felt as though we were a big burden on John and watched him roll his eyes several times. We came in with a check for $75K.... I would have thought the treatment would have been much better. Have had to take the car in to redo the tint since there was bubbles in it and was told to wait a week and the new bubbles would be gone... Guess what? They are not and will have to be taking my car in again to have this redone. The dealership is not close to the house and with gas prices constantly on the rise this marks as a huge inconvinence. More

Outstanding Sales Experience Maybe because I have not purchased a car in a while, I'm out of touch with the current market. I owned a 2002 Acura TL Type S that I bought new in San Antonio and put 148000 miles on it. There was little or nothing wrong with it mechanically, but it was getting old. I did my homework for 12-15 months on Infiniti G37s and softened up the wife for the replacement purchase. I had test-driven the vehicle and knew that was the car I wanted. I had a friend who could get me a good deal, so we started down that route...............then We went across the street to Park Place Infiniti in Las Vegas to show my wife the car I wanted (2011 or newer G37, 4 door, low mileage, lease return, etc). That's where this Experience begins. Bill Beckett greeted us and told us he'd help us when we needed help (no pressure). He was not like any car salesman I've ever haggled with. No games, no pressure, no xx. We test drove the car, made a preliminary offer and went to lunch. After lunch, the dealership price turned out to be better than any price I'd seen in my 12-15 month search, and Bill added 2 years free oil changes to sweeten the deal. I bought the car and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Bill has stayed in touch and makes sure I'm still happy with my "new" car. (It only had 13400 miles when I bought it). More

Then when my wife came to the dealership to get the tags, the clerk handed her the tags and did not find someone to install them. Same time she attempted to get the car washed and was told it would be an hour. There is the reason its free.
