We agreed to lease a Qx60 and last minute decided to not

After several weeks and many calls and texts we still had not received the check . We did however have several conversations in which follow ups, resolution and calls back were promised but none came to fruition. After more than a month, I finally resorted to calling corporate customer service and suddenly the issue was resolved and the check was overnighted to us . Also , minor but very telling, we had asked for a Infiniti tote that was on display in the showroom. We were told it would be sent to us. Needless to say it never arrived . We were left with the stereotypical “car salesman “ experience of “ once they have paper signed and the money “ the customer care and standing behind their word is no longer important. We are disappointed to say the least and will bring out business elsewhere next time. We will certainly not be recommending this deal ship . We had many choices when looking to lease and next time will take a different path .
