I was given a list of items to replace or repair that were not due. When asked about them I was told they were only recommended. Also told my negative battery cable was loose. My wife who drives this car were not due. When asked about them I was told they were only recommended. Also told my negative battery cable was loose. My wife who drives this car was on a trip afterward to Eastern WA and returned to have the car die in our driveway. I opened the hood saw the negative cable off the battery post. I placed it back on and securely tightened it. Also of the 7 plastic pegs that are used to hold the plastic engine cover in place above the battery there was only one holding the part after the service. I know there were 3 missing but after service there were 3 additional pegs missing. Extremely poor service More
