The service center has taken amazing care of my car over the last 7 years. They're like family. They have gone above and beyond what's expected numerous times. I've had every question I had answered in a timely manner. Joel has been amazing every time, sometimes even finding a discount coupon I missed to help offset costs! Took my car in because it was making an unusually loud noise and shaking at low speed. They ran a diagnostic and told me 3 things needed to be fixed, adding up to a $15,000 bill. When I went to pick up my car, all of the warning signals came on. They said it was because they hadn't cleared the codes after running the diagnostic. How could the service technician have forgotten to clear the codes? Someone had to drive the car from the service bay to the parking lot & should definitely have seen all of the warning signals on the dashboard, and should have taken it back to the bay as it clearly wasn't ready. Complete incompetence. More

Infiniti of Lynnwood has always been an excellent dealership for me. From purchasing my car to the years of working with the service department. The service department is excellent. I went in for regular maintenance (oil, filters, etc). I was greeted courteously and my service was handled promptly and professionally. Roger was wonderful in scheduling my car for service in short notice, the website was stating the first appointment was not until May. I was able to have the service performed Saturday which was greatly a short notice, the website was stating the first appointment was not until May. Matthew was brilliant! So very helpful, informative. I am VERY PLEASED with everything he did. I appreciate all the work needed on my 109,000 mileage 2001 QX4 Infiniti. So very helpful, informative.
