I've been bringing my car to Infiniti of Lynnwood for years, and the experience has always been outstanding. I've never had to wait when dropping off my vehicle, and the customer lounge, snacks, and coffee make the visit even more enjoyable.
I've worked with Joel White over the years, and he has always been positive, professional, and helpful. He consistently makes sure my vehicle is serviced promptly and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He's simply a great person to work with.
I purchased my car here and have continued to have all of my service performed at Infiniti of Lynnwood. The staff is always friendly, and the service is efficient. If a repair or service takes longer than expected, they have even arranged rides home for me.
One thing that continues to amaze me is their level of customer service. For routine oil changes, they've picked up my car from work, completed the service, and returned it to me without me having to do much of anything. That kind of convenience is almost unheard of today.
I've owned many different brands over the years, including Hyundai, Ford, Dodge, Mazda, and others, and I've never experienced service quite like this. I regularly recommend Infiniti of Lynnwood to friends and family because of the quality of both the people and the service.
Most recently, I brought my car in for a routine 45,000-mile inspection. They thoroughly checked all of the systems, told me everything looked great, found no services that were needed at the time, and didn't charge me a dime. How often does that happen?
Like many people, I've had dealership experiences where you expect the phone call saying, "We found several issues, and it's going to cost thousands of dollars." Instead, Infiniti of Lynnwood has consistently been honest and trustworthy. I love my car, and I trust these guys completely with its care.
I could probably write a book about all the positive experiences I've had here—so I'll stop now. Highly recommended!
