This was my first visit to Kuni Infiniti in Lynnwood, WA. I had to get my oil changed and assess some expensive replacements suggested by an other dealer on which I had my own doubts. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding and has revitalized my respect towards Infiniti. The people at this dealership truly care for the customer and provide you with an accurate picture of the condition of your car which I thought was rare in today's world. Service folks were just exceptional and such people are the key assets to an organization. The original price on the oil change itself is unbeatable and I was given a 20% online discount. Also, I was told that the replacement suggested by another dealership could wait for some more time and I was very relieved to hear that since I had spent so much on the car already. Also, little things like the setup in their waiting area with a big screen TV, free soda, coffee and snacks I thought gives an impression of how well they value the customers(Thanks for the biscotti!). This dealership is 10-12 miles away from my closest dealer. Yet, I would not mind driving down there for my next visit. They might not have profited much during my first visit - but I know where to go for my next scheduled service which will cost around a $1000 and in fact for any service issues. More

I went in for an oil change and to replace my left power-window motor. These guys did it for less than any other dealership around and even lower than a local mechanic shop's price. Service work was unexpected - radiator blew on way to work one morning. I had the car towed to this dealer, obviously without the usual appt, and was greeted friendly and sat me to down see what happened work one morning. I brought my Infiniti in for 7500 mile service, and the service staff gave great personalized service. They were quick to address any concerns I had on my vehicle, and took down the needed information and pictures to get the warranty repair approved.
