Each time I have come in for service Mike has scheduled my appointment and checked me in, if there was ever an issue it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I have never had to wait for a service loaner and the cars are always clean and a pleasure to drive, as well as the entire service department and waiting area being well kept. Any employee I have dealt with either by phone or in person has been courteous and friendly. More

I've been to Infiniti of Lisle a number of times for service and have always appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail. However, the events of this past Friday says it all. Friday afternoo service and have always appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail. However, the events of this past Friday says it all. Friday afternoon, downtown Chicago, 200+ miles from home and the parking valet gave away my Infiniti key to another driver. I called a few different Infiniti dealers in the city to see if I could get a new key and NONE of them would stick around past their scheduled close to help me out. Out of desperation I called Infiniti of Lisle, even though it was an hour+ tow truck drive away, to see if they could help. I spoke with Corey Robinson who, without hesitation, told me they would stay open until I arrived and a new key was programmed. Corey and the Infiniti of Lisle team went out of their way to help me when they very easily could have been taking care of last minute Christmas shopping or spending time with their families. I am beyond grateful for their assistance. They just earned a life-long customer. More
