Antwan the service associate is always VERY helpful and knowledgeable anytime I need something done to my car or whatever questions I have. He is the one of the reasons as to why I bought another Infiniti because of the great service I always get. He’s a keeper!

"Rip off during simple service request"

I went for ‘car starting issue’ plus oil change and basic winterization service. The extended warranty company couldn’t cover the ‘car starting issue’ as the dealership couldn’t prove the results to the warranty company. The car was at dealership for 4 days. Finally when I went for pick up; they charged me $440 for basic service; which was originally quoted to be less than $200. The service department lied to me and wrote wrongly that the service representative spoke to me about these charges. Apparently the service representative was on vacation the day after I dropped off my car, until I picked up after 4 days. No one has spoken to me during this period. This was real rip off
