Felt unliked Brought my QX60 in because was due for my oil change was asked about my 15,000 mile service. I replied no not at this time. Please just service my oil Brought my QX60 in because was due for my oil change was asked about my 15,000 mile service. I replied no not at this time. Please just service my oil change and my maintenance tires indicator light. Service technician replied yes that would all be covered in your 15,000 mile for $150.00 ( around that price). I again stated please just oil and check tires. Also wash please. Waited got my car back,after I came looking for it which was still filthy from tires to carpet, my service guy saw that I wasnt happy never came to my aid. Porter took away my car to re-clean for me. 45 minutes later after I came looking for my car again. It was finally done when I got in to drive away maintenance tires light was still on. I was a bit upset at this point. First because I'm getting the cold shoulder for not PURCHASING the maintenance package from service guy, second because I've now been at this dealership for over 2 hours and my simple requests have not been satisfied. Another service technician came to my aid and asked of the problem I repeated the light and my original service gentleman yelled across the garage "U DIDNT PAY FOR TIRE ROTATION THATS WHY YOUR LIGHTS STILL ON" I replied so you couldnt check the air for me and turn off the service light. Again he replied you only paid for oil change so that's what we did. It was quite obvious he was annoyed since I didnt pay for a 15,000 check up.. So because of that I was treated without respect.I feel as though this simple oil change and filling of my tires turned intoharrassment. This is my 2nd QX60 from this dealership. If this is how I'll be treated in the future it will be my last.. More

Beyond Helping with a Trip Interuption This past weekend, broke down on the way back from a trip and called the Naperville Infiniti and even though they were closing at 4:00, they said tow This past weekend, broke down on the way back from a trip and called the Naperville Infiniti and even though they were closing at 4:00, they said tow the QX80 to them and they would get someone on it. Bottom line is the problem was more then it took to resolve by 4:00 with parts but they had the parts on Monday and we were on our way. Comped a car and one of the managers helped us get our trailer to our Hotel. I mean this goes beyond customer service. This makes me an Infiniti customer for life. Make sure you see Antwan and Matt. Great guys and really have your best interest in mind. #1 in customer service.. . More

The service advisor Drew was friendly over the phone and even more pleasant in person. I didn't feel as though I was just another customer with Naperville. The service at Orland has changed as of recent and occasionally the non verbal body language seems as if some don't want to be bothered. I really dont feel like I would get a fair and honest price from Orland Infiniti as a result of my last experience. More
