Just wait till after you buy Read the fine print because what they tell you is way different then what the fine print says. everyone is happy when they buy a new car. Its always the best experience you ever had buying a car. But after you buy and you think you get free oil changes with the extended warrenty guess what. Now you pay jacked up prices for their services and if you do the work yourself guess what again. Yep no free oil changes as promised. Infinitys are nice cars but do yourself a favor do not buy their extended warrenty the dam cars dont break down anyway, this dealer will suck your money dry. They tried to get my wife to pay 900 bucks for brake pads yep just pads. Did the work myself for 100 bucks and an hour of my time. And then bam no more free oil. Buy an infinity from another dealer this one will take you to the bank in service you dont need. Its cheaper to pay for your own oil changes and find a shop for your service needs. This is my experience and my opinion .some people just pay what their told because they have the money. This dealership will love you. We do love our q60 bad xxx car. Good luck to you. More

Excellent Dealership Naperville Infiniti is simply the best dealership! Their customer service is outstanding and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional. We bought our QX60 from this dealership and had to bring it in for service due to a minor issue. When we bought the car, we purchased the interior/exterior Perma-Plate protection. Let me begin by saying we HIGHLY recommend purchasing this plan to anyone buying a car from Naperville Infiniti. This protection plan is amazing and well worth the money. The reason we brought our car in for service is we noticed that our QX60 had some minor rail dust spots on the rear of the vehicle. I called Naperville Infiniti and spoke to Justin Rogers in the Delivery Specialist Department. Justin was extremely receptive to this issue and provided great customer service. Justin kept me updated while the car was being worked on. When I picked up the vehicle, I was simply shocked at how great of a job Naperville Infiniti did on my car. Not only did they remove all the rail dust on the vehicle, but they also detailed the entire car. My QX60 looked brand new! I highly recommend this dealership, not only when purchasing an Infiniti, but also for any work that needs work performed on their car. Weak Service Center Do not use this dealer or service center. In the AM, I called and scheduled a 6PM service appointment with Angela (?) for my JX35 (check engine light Do not use this dealer or service center. In the AM, I called and scheduled a 6PM service appointment with Angela (?) for my JX35 (check engine light and oil change). Infiniti of Naperville sent me a confirmation text. When I arrived at 5:50PM they told me that they did not have any mechanics available and I would have to come back the next day. I asked if I could leave the car and take a loaner and Drew told me they did not have any cars available. Big pain as I drove from Glen Ellyn to Naperville for my service. This is the second time that they were not prepared for my service appointment; however, last time they did have a loaner that I was able to use while they kept my car (thus 2 stars and not 1). I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer and will not venture into their dealership again as my wife has experienced awful service too (numerous times they have tried to take advantage of her and up-sale service needed). More

Lower price - bigger headache They sell defective new vehicles and you have to visit them two or three times afterwards to get it fixed. They charge you three times more for service maintenance than the other dealerships. Their promise of free lifetime oil change good only for two years. Although everything was looking so good at the beginning. I wish I wasn't deceived by the lower car price More

My wife and I saw this first-hand when Executive Manager-Mike Korallus took the time not only to listen to her concerns about the beautiful G37 Convertible that she loves so much but to actually come up with a solution that was fair. On top of that we had an excellent overall service department experience. Service Director-Antwan Hicks was professional, extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. To my wife's surprise, Hillary Owens wasn't working with us directly but took the time to help her select a loaner car that she would be the most comfortable driving. My wife and I both agree that although we live in Indianapolis, it’s worth the 200 mile trip to Infiniti of Naperville because we feel we can count on this dealership to treat us like valued customers. More

I decided to give then a call and see if they are comparable in price to the local shop I've been going to, called they were all busy which I understand and the young man who was answering phone bb email said he was leaving a message with a service advisor and they would call me back. Well never heard back.. extremely disappointed, if you can't call me back to give me a basic brake price then I'm leaving eft to assume your not the dealership for me. More
