Good customer service but part price is too high. I visited this center due to state inspection sticker. Service was denied because some minimum requirements was not met based on shop mechanic’s note. I visited this center due to state inspection sticker. Service was denied because some minimum requirements was not met based on shop mechanic’s note. Personally, part price was way too high, the light bulb for plate going to charge me 80plus, can imagine other critical part for vehicle. I understand shop needs to make profit however relying alone with friendly service may not enough, reasonable pricing and affordable service might have better chance to win. In addition, car wash and vacuum was not satifaible, vehicle was return exact same before it turned it in. More

The salesman, Keith, went through all of the car features and patiently explained a few of them more than once as I learned how to set up and use the car features to customize what I wanted to display.
