Great service with a few hiccups I bought a used vehicle here and my salesman Jim was great as well as the sales manager Shane. They were friendly, professional and answered all of my I bought a used vehicle here and my salesman Jim was great as well as the sales manager Shane. They were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. However, my experience with their finance manager, Steve, was less than stellar. He talked down to my father who was there to help walk me through my first car buying experience. It was sad to have one man sour my otherwise pleasant experience. I addressed my concerns with the general manager and she was quick to respond and apologize for his unprofessional interaction with us. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about Jim and Shane, but as the saying goes, it takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. I was also frustrated that I was there over three hours to buy the car, we paid in full and didn't even haggle on the price (which was a fair price for the make, model and condition of the vehicle). I would just suggest if you do buy here request that you deal with someone other than Steve when it comes time to sign all the financial work. More

Shane was great to deal with, he has a great personality and knows the vehicles well. I am the type of person who usually hates the car buying process, but Shane makes you feel comfortable and was great to deal with.
