We started out going through the internet sales, right out of the gate we told them what we wanted & expected. They where prompt with the call backs and making this deal happen. They did exactly as they said. The whole team was pleasurable. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, even gave us a few free maintenance service on the new vehicle. I would defiantly recommend and go back to buy again! We had purchased our last 3 cars from a dealer in Danvers as we live in MA and I have to say they haggled with us over the phone telling us they would give us what we wanted only to go spend 1 1/2 hours there and they changed the deal, walked out and won't go back! And when the car was not ready so I could get to work on time, Shane not only brought me to work, but he also dropped the keys off and came inside my job to hand deliver them to me!
