If you are considering an Infiniti look no further than Infiniti of Nashua and (IMO) Sean Nicholson as a sales rep. Not only will they be there for you before and during the sale (what sales rep isn't?), but they are devoted to helping you whenever you need it afterward. I will be a repeat customer for sure. This is our 2nd Infiniti purchased from Infiniti of Nashua. The first car and experience was awesome. That is why we chose to upgrade to a new model in 2011. When we purchased the vehicle, 2011 FX 35, we also purchased the Elite service contract. My husband and I both know that we purchased Elite 1. When we were bringing the the car in for the first oil change we were told this was not covered. According to the dealership we have Elite 2 because we don't put alot of miles on the car. After much discussion with the dealership we cameto a time agreement that we would bring the car in every six months regardless of the mileage so that we would be using the maintenance contract we paid for. May of 2013 would be our next oil change. In April 2013 I called Infiniti service to bring the car in for an oil change. When I called, the person, Amanda who schedules maintenance told me we had Elite 1 Service, not to worry, no charges for oil change, tire rotation. I quote Amanda " just come in Monday thru Friday, 8-4, no appointment necessary and there is no charge. You have Elite 1 maintenance." As we knew we had from the beginning, Elite 1 service!. So my husband goes to Service aroung April 4th, and they tell him that there is a charge for the oil change. He re-hashes the whole issue, again, about the service contract. He even asked if it was possible to slide the May oil change up to the date he was there. We were taking the car on a long trip and thought it best to have the oil changed before that trip. The service dept refused to change the oil free, according to our service agreement. They told my husband to bring it up across the street at the dealership. Infiniti of Nashua's solution was to refund the remainder of the service contract! No efforts to correct the situation. We feel that our business was not important enough to Infiniti. No one called to at the very least discuss what happened. I was the one who called to speak to the dealership manager, Ron Poirer. He did call back. What is disheartening is that if I didn't initiate the phone call, no one would have called. On April 30,2013, I called to get the status of the refund of our service contract. I spoke to Chris H. He was curt, short and had no real answer except that it takes four to six weeks for the check to process. I told him we financed the vehicle. After trying to get an explanation of how this works he said the check would be sent to the bank. When I asked if we would be notified of this, he was very short with me. We love the Infiniti product. We hesitate to buy again, especially from Infiniti of Nashua. More
I can't say enough about the sales team from Infiniti of Nashua, Hugh McQueen went above and beyond to assist me in buying my used Mini Cooper. While car shopping online, Mark Pournaras sent me a compete of Nashua, Hugh McQueen went above and beyond to assist me in buying my used Mini Cooper. While car shopping online, Mark Pournaras sent me a compete video of the interior and exterior of the Mini before the shop closed for the evening. I then travelled to NH by train and bus from RI and they were more than happy to pick me up and drop me off at the bus station, and even delivered my new Mini to Rhode Island. Chris offered to match my finance rate and returned with an awesome 1.64% finance rate on a used vehicle! Everyone on the sales and finance team with was friendly, courteous and more than helpful. Hugh McQueen is an awesome salesman and I'd highly recommend him for your next purchase from Infiniti of Nashua. More
I was looking for an Infiniti G35 6M that was in good condition and within what I wanted to pay. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua and worked both with Mark and Sean. The used car manager Matt, is your typical salesperson, not anyone you should trust. If he makes a statement get it in writing, because he twists your words and works hard to get the upper hand. This is my 4th Infiniti from Infiniti of Nashua. I've always found the sales and service people to be professional and friendly. They don't just "sell" you a car, but make it an experience so that I've always found the sales and service people to be professional and friendly. I've always been well taken care of, whether it was during the sales cycle or afterward with on-going maintenance on the car. Just picked up my new G37x two days ago. The overall experience was very enjoyable. He was quick to admit the strengths other brands (as oppose to an Audi's salesman who labeled BMW as "Seiko" (!) while Audi being "Rolex"). When I made my first visit to the showroom, still uncommitted, Joe Gindi greeted me with his big smile and could not stopped talking about great Infiniti cars. His knowledge was second to none, he was able to handle all my questions with ease and good sense of humor. He helped new employee Tim to cover some topics that he struggled with in his first or second week on the job. Tim tried his hardest to make the test drive informative and I was very impressed with the vehicle. Couple of weeks later when I was ready to make a deal, Joe provided me with number of options for purchase and lease. The offers were very detailed and included all the fees and charges that other dealers tried to gloss over. While I could get a slightly better deal elsewhere, I chose Infiniti of Nashua since I felt they try to build a relationship instead of making a quick sale. More

Just leased/purchased my 7th vehicle from Sean Nicholson at Infiniti of Nashua. We recently tried Lexus for one of our vehicles and there is no comparison. No back and forth...just straight up sales so very little wasted time. He understands his customers and what they are looking for which has not been my experience elsewhere. I would highly recommend Sean for an effortless and painless experience purchasing a new Infiniti. They also have a tremendous service department and I highly recommend them as well for service. I have worked mostly with Chris Holt in service and he is terrific. Loving our new QX56 and looking forward to replacing my M37x soon with a new Q series! More
