Beware of buying a car from this place. I have purchased two cars from this dealer in that last 6 years and both times were due refunds for GAP and an extended warranty and was treated like crap. The first time around they screwed around with a $1600 refund I was due telling me it was processed and in the mail. They kept passing the buck sending me from one person to another for weeks on end until I finally had to drive down there and make them cut me a check. I was then foolish enough to buy another car from them more recently even though the first one was an actual lease buyout I had originally leased the car from Kelly Infiniti who were great. Although there were no issues with the buying process in Nashua when I refinanced the car at a lower rate I was due almost $500 in GAP insurance refunds. I had called in initially and was given the run around. They told me to call Infiniti Finance who then informed me it was the actual dealer who had to submit the refund. I then called the dealer back and they informed me I would have to come down with my paperwork. I came down with my paperwork on a Thursday and they informed me I should call back in a few days to make sure it was processed since the finance manager was not in at the time. A few days later I called Chris in Finance and he informed me he sent out the request and I would have the funds in 3-4 weeks. Five weeks later I called and asked Chris about my refund. He said he remembered me from before and informed me he told me it was 4-6 weeks not 3-4 weeks. Then he asked me for my name so he could look into it even though he told me he already knew who I was. A week later still no call back I called three more times with no luck then I had the pleasure of speaking with Ron Poirier who said he would look into it and get back to me. A day later he called and said they mailed it to an old address which is odd since they seem to have the correct address for billing and sending service reminders. He said he would cut a check immediately and I could pick it up or he would mail it. I was unable to go to the dealership that night so I asked him to mail it since I live one town over from the dealership and assumed the check was in responsible hands. He told me he would put it in the mail that day. Six days later I called and spoke with Ron. He had an attitude from the onset of the conversation and asked "What I wanted him to do?" I told him I just wanted the money I was owed and I had this problem before with his dealership. His reply was we have a lot of problems around here and I said yes I can see that. Then I asked if the check had even been mailed. He informed me he gave it to the office girl to mail last week. I asked if he was aware if she mailed it he said she should have. I asked him why he told me he was mailing it then just passed it to someone else. He started yelling "Listen UP SHUT UP!!!" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another manager who I actually bought the car off a year before. He said he would look into it. I said I would just go down and pick up the check and they said it was mailed. The next day that same manager called and said he has a check in his hand and I can go pick it up and they would do a stop pay on the check they mailed. He apologized for Ron's antics since Ron couldn't man up and apologize himself. Eight days later I do have my check that was picked up but the check they supposedly mailed is nowhere to be seen. If you want to spend $50k on a car and get treated like crap this is the place to go. The level of incompetence is off the charts. If you are smart like I should have been you will go to the Infiniti in Danvers they don't treat you like you are buying a 1990 Chevy Cavalier. More

I was impressed from the second I walked into the showroom door. Friendly and very knowledgeable sales people. Every question had a immediate answer. Mark was quick to respond to my email inquiries about cars in stock and also very knowledgable and spoke highly of his sales team. Joe and Ron were great in helping with the purchase agreement and files of paperwork that followed. Hugh spent over 2 hours with me on pickup day, going over every inch of the car and demonstrating all the features the car has to offer. I am very happy with my G37x and the whole experience was absolutely positive. I know after my experience, I made the right choice with Infiniti of Nashua. More

I'm a repeat customer of Infiniti of Nashua. I've been very happy with the customer service both in the sales and service areas. Dealing with car issues or looking for a new car is not my favorite thing very happy with the customer service both in the sales and service areas. Dealing with car issues or looking for a new car is not my favorite thing to do, but I have had great experiences with the people at Infiniti of Nashua. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. For this new car, I dealt mostly with Hugh McQueen who was absolutely fantastic! He was very patient with all of my questions and wasn't pushy. He really helped with looking at the pros and cons to figure out what car would be best for me, and I'm so happy with my final choice. We also dealt with Joe Gindi for our trade-in, and he was very easy to work with, always smiling and very helpful and fair. Jack Korpi has been wonderful to deal with in the Service area for my last Infiniti, so I'm very happy that we'll be able to see him for the new car service. More
