After looking around online for several weeks for the right low mileage pre-owned Subaru Legacy, I decided to take a Saturday morning to go down to Infiniti of Nashua to check out one that they had adver right low mileage pre-owned Subaru Legacy, I decided to take a Saturday morning to go down to Infiniti of Nashua to check out one that they had advertised. I first contacted the dealership via email on Friday afternoon, and within an hour I had a response, not only letting me know that the vehicle was still available, but giving me a good deal of info about its history. I got there Saturday morning and was greeted by Matt Burroughs who showed me directly to the car that I was looking for, and although it was a Subaru rather than an Infiniti, he showed a great deal of knowledge about both the Legacy in general, and the specific car I was looking at. After looking over the car thoroughly and taking a test drive encompassing highway driving, rural roads (read pot holes), and stop and go traffic back in town, we went into the dealership to discuss terms (trade value, down payment, sale price, etc.). I was happy with both the value that they were able to give me for my trade and the end price on the new Subaru. I was approved for credit in practically no time, and went upstairs into the business office to finish the transaction with Geoff Garden, the business. He was very informative about all of the different products and services that they were able to offer, without being pushy about any of them. Within about half an hour we had printed and signed all of the paperwork, and I was the proud new owner of a great pre-owned car! I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family looking for a no-hassle car buying experience and also a good deal. More

We found that our salesman, Joe Gindi, was knowledgeable about all Infinity models and features, and provided detailed explanations of each. He was patient, informative and helpful in every way. My first experience was with Mark from Internet sales as I inquired via overstock.com on a fair EX 35 price. He was excellent in providing prices on inventory that he felt I would be interested in, which he intrigued me with the Journey AWD instead of the basic model. He got me in touch with David when I went to the dealership to test drive and look at the cars. I had a very good experience dealing with David Smith in coming to a price for the new EX 35 Journey AWD. He showed me all the bells and whistles and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle. Ronnie dealt with me to finalize my trade in price , which was more haggling than I had anticipated, but we settled on a fair price. I was deeply disappointed in the next day, as we had a 7:15pm appt to sign papers and p/u the car. We waited 2 hours to finally get into Geoff's office to finalize the deal. I felt this was rude and disrespectful to a new Infinity customer. There was an apology, but then more haggling over the price of extended warrantee. I was disappointed that this continued. Either include it in the price, or have a reasonable set rate.... Enough with the need for haggling down from REDICULOUS prices! Other friends who bought high end cars had maintenance covered for free for 4-5 years, Infinity should think about that. It was too bad that our experience ended on a long exhausting evening due to the business manager's poor signing schedule. We had family waiting to see the new car, but because we were so late coming home, they went home without seeing it! It was after 10 pm! I would have loved to show the car off! I walked onto the Infiniti lot to "look" at possibilities. Dave came out with a friendly "hi" and some small talk. (I am so used to car salesmen breathing down my neck; it was refreshing to hav possibilities. Dave came out with a friendly "hi" and some small talk. I originally was interested in the EX35; sadly it was sold. But Dave (in his wisdom) pointed me in the direction of a G35xS. Needless to say, it piqued my interest. Because it was the end of the month, Dave had an appointment to make a delivery, so I was "handed-off" to Hugh. Hugh was just as friendly and informative as Dave. There was absolutely no pressure, no "BS". We drove the car around; he answered my questions and when we returned, promptly started paperwork as I fell in love with this car. I was under a time constraint and was told to come back when it was convenient for me and anyone of them would assist me. In the end, I worked with Ronnie and he too, was friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Infiniti of Nashua. I will update my review after picking up my car! More
I came to Infiniti of Nashua looking for a "newer" car. I was looking to trade a SUV that I still owed a considerable amount of money on. The previous dealership I had used had helped to creat "newer" car. I was looking to trade a SUV that I still owed a considerable amount of money on. The previous dealership I had used had helped to create a situation that was not fixable, at least that is what I thought. On top of that, we are going through a major illness and our stress levels were already at an alltime high. Unfortunately even though the timing couldn't be worse, we needed to find a "newer" car because the expenses we were incurring for gas were becoming problematic. I contacted Mark Pournaras and set up an appointment. He introduced me to Mike Pepper. The minute I met Mike, I could see I had a salesperson that truly cared. He was not concerned with making a sale but with what had happened to us previously and about what we were going through. He was amazing. I have never been so impressed with a salesman. He was not pushy or persistant. He let me lead and tell him what we wanted. Along the way, we ran into several obstacles, but each and every time, Mike was determined to make our deal work. He made a difficult and nearly impossible situation much easier just by being a human being and not a salesman. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years! As Mike worked with Ronnie Ghannem, Geoff Garden and Mark, it became apparent that they were trying to do whatever they could to help us attain our new vehicle. Not with words but with actions! They went above and beyond our expectations. I have been to many dealerships in the past. I will not go to another one again. Thank you Mike! He had a knack for keeping every question positive in nature and treated us like we were the experts, making sure that whatever we liked was supported with information and everything we thought we did not like was explained to our satisfaction leading us to turn the question into a positive experience.
