I had owned my 2005 Toyota Corolla for about 5 years and put over 80K miles or so on it and was ready to upgrade to something a bit newer, so I was in the area test driving cars at a number of other dealers put over 80K miles or so on it and was ready to upgrade to something a bit newer, so I was in the area test driving cars at a number of other dealerships. Although I absolutely LOVE infinities I did not think I could afford one I would really like with my budget. As I drove past the infinity dealership test driving other cars I could not help but gaze over at them each time. So finally before I called it quits for the day with no perspective car in mind and irritation from Salesmen who did not know much about their inventory of used cars at other dealerships. I decided I would take a chance and just stop into Infinity of Nashua to take a quick look expecting to leave with excuses of why I wouldn't be able to purchase one. Hue came out and greeted me right away and was very welcoming. Hue was very knowledgeable, he asked questions, listened to my wants & needs and provided a ton of information about infinity brand vehicles & options available. After looking through the used inventory on line I decided to test drive a 2008 Infinity G35X and immediately know I wanted the car. The next day I brought my Toyota in and Infinity offered my a great trade in price that put the G35X in my price range. That day I decided to purchase the car!!!! Infinity did all the work to get me a fantastic interest rate and get me set up with a extended warranty that I was more than happy with. The overall experience with Infinity of Nashua was exceptional and I am excited to have them providing the service to my vehicle in the future. More
I went to Infiniti of Nashua last week unsure if an Infiniti was going to be the right choice for me. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and introduced to Geoff Garden, Sales Manager. I explained to Geoff the vehicle I was considering and he took the time to go through the features of the FX35 that was in the showroom. His knowledge of...and confidence in this vehicle made me want to take a test drive. Geoff introduced me to Joe Gindi, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Joe had a great personality and continued to explain all of the benefits of vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Infiniti brand. After the test drive and talking with Joe, who made the entire experience a positive one, I'm happy to say that I have now taken possession of a 2011 Infiniti FX35. Recently purchased a 2006 Nissan 350 z from Infinity of Nissan. I had been searching for this particular model for about 8 months. Upon seeing the car on the internet I emailed the dealership. I was contacted by salesman Matt Burroughs within the hour. Matt's knowledge and enthusiasm about the car convinced me to make the 72 mile one way trip.I was really hesitant the car being so far away and priced at the high end of other z's I had seen but Matt assured me the trip would be well worth it.Thanks Matt you were right, we love the car. After Matt and I had worked out a price Matt introduced us to business manager Ron Ghannem, Although I had financing in place and had researched extended service contracts on the net Ron beat my credit union's rate and had a better service contract.Ron also helped out with a little glich I had. Thanks Ron for putting the cart before the horse. Thanks to the salesman who snapped the picture of the bride and I in front of the car it came out great and thanks to used car manager Bob for thanking us for our business. First service appointment with our new G37x: Gus welcomed us in, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to our comments on the car (all very good) and one concern that he said he wou us in, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided us with a loaner car, a G37X, and said he would contact us when the car was ready. He was more than willing to explain the service that would be provided, and the fact that the first one was free. We asked what all was covered under the Protect-All policy that we had purchased when we brought the car. Gus asked to see the policy and said he would check as to whether the parking dings would be covered. Gus contacted the insurance company and found that we were completely covered and that he would set up the appointment to have those dings fixed. After checking our schedule, we worked with Gus to set up the appointment for having the dings fixed. Gus is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone. More
I was just in for an oil change and was wandering around the parking lot. David Smith stopped by and we chatted about how I wanted an FX35 but couldn't afford it. He insisted I take one for a ride and the rest is history. David was very friendly and easy to deal with. He ended up fitting me into a 2007 FX35 with managable payments. Yes, I put up a fight on what I thought was a fair deal but in the end, we came to a friendly agreement and I am now the proud owner of an FX35. It was a pleasure working with Dave. More
I had been shopping around for awhile trying to find the right car at a good price. I was not sure exactly what i wanted but i did know that i wanted something with 4WD so I went there just to look around right car at a good price. Dave came out and started asking me what i was looking for and just helped me look around a little bit but i still was not sure what I was going to get. A short while after that i had narrowed it down to wanting a honda CRV then i got a call from them saying that they have one in. So I went online to check it out and they also sent me a video of it which was great! I was very interested after seeing the video and went down to take a look at it. I loved the car there was only one thing that was holding me back from getting it, there was alot of rust on the rotors which made the brakes very load and I didnt want to have to deal with that. I told them if they could fix it and work the numbers with me i would get it. They were able to keep everything within my budget and fix the brakes for me and the car is perfect its like brand new, I love it! I do NOT like going to dealers because they are very pushy and try to take advantage of you but it is much different here! they are very nice and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend people to go there! More
Normally I wouldn't want to bring my car to a dealership for repairs for fear that they would overcharge and insist we make expensive repairs that are not really necessary. Now we bring all 3 of our cars to Jack for service. Jack goes above and beyond and makes us feel like our cars are his number one priority. He seems very knowledgable and is very informative when it comes to our repairs and general maintenance. He explains what is causing the issues, the resolutions and the risks of not making the repairs. We trust Jack and enjoy working with him and will continue to bring our cars to Infiniti of Nashua as long as he is there. Over the years, we've even bought 2 used cars from this dealership knowing that they will back us up in the service department. Great Job Jack! More
I can not say enough about Infiniti of Nashua and the two representatives that I had contact with. I was trading in a 2004 FX35 in excellent condition solely because of the miles (49,000)I felt that it was t representatives that I had contact with. The only cost to me over the 8 years owning this vehicle were oil changes, and tires after 40,000 miles. Having purchased my 2004 FX35 through Kelly Infiniti in Danvers,and living within 7 miles of the dealership I contacted them first. Utilizing the internet, I was able to not only view their inventory, but the inventory of the next closest Infiniti dealer which is Infiniti of Nashua 45 minutes away aand more than 30 miles. I emailed Tiffany Bulduc in Internet Sales at Infiniti of Nashua, Tiffany is a true professional very accomidating. There was no question that Tiffany wanted to put us in a new FX35 unlike her conterpart at Kelly Infiniti who didn't appear as interested in making a sale.. She was extremely pleasant, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Unlike Kelly of Danvers, she was up front with discounts and incentives offered by the dealership and Infiniti, which related to a savings of over $5,000. Why Kelly wasn't up front with similiar discounts in order to get my attention, I'll never know. As a result I went to Infiniti of Nashua where I met Sean Nicholson, Whom I was referred to by Tiffany. After having spent more than 30 years in Sales management prior to retirement, I know a true sales professional when I see one and that was Sean. Sean is an example of the overall attitude of Infiniti of Nashua who's goal is to take care of the customer, and insure that they enjoy the shopping experience and we did. Between my wife and I, we have purchased more than 20 vehicles over the years, from various dealerships and without question, Infiniti of Nashua was the most pleasant and professional dealership I have dealt with. I "STRONGLY" recommend this dealership. You receive professional assistance, hastle free negotiations,competitive pricing and value. Without question, even though Infiniti of Nashua is 30 plus miles and 45 minutes away from my home, as opposed to Kelly Infiniti of Danvers being 5 miles and 10 minutes away, without question I will be purchasing my next Infiniti from Infiniti of Nashua, why shop anywhere else? Let me start by telling you I usually can not stand the car buying process. The relationship between the seller and buyer is usually adversarial. I bought a 2004 G35 coupe in 2005 and decided it was time for a new car. I had done the research on the new makes and models that were out there. When it came right down to it, I was spoiled. I loved my G35 coupe and all the options it was equipped with. I realized that I wouldn't be happy with any other car than an Infiniti. Not only did I enjoy the car but the service department treated me very well. Gus Wallce would always explain everything that was being done or needed to be done on my car. I trust him completely. I went to Infiniti last Tuesday to check out an 2011 EX. Joe Gindi explained to me everything the car had to offer and by Friday night I was picking up my new car! Joe is very enthusiastic and fun to work with. He seems to enjoy his job and is very knowledgeable about the cars and the technology. He told me if I have any questions or need any help to call him. Buying a new car has normally been stressful for me. Joe made it fun and he took the time to show me some of the new advances in technology this car has to offer. I love my new EX and I am very pleased with my buying experience with Infiniti of Nashua. More
