After shopping at the larger dealerships down in Boston, it was a breath of fresh air to meet the guys in Nashua. They were personable, low pressure, accommodating, knowledgeable, and while I didn't get quite as much for my trade-in as I had anticipated, they were willing to work with me to get my overall investment within my comfort zone. My vehicle was delivered in pristine condition, and they walked me through all of the warranty info, gadgets, and creature comforts of the car. I had a huge smile on my face when I drove off the lot and it was certainly, in part, from the level of service I was given at Infiniti of Nashua. More

I missed my scheduled morning appointment - my fault, I flat out forgot - and they called me, resch loaner program. Friendly, knowledgeable people. The dealership and it's staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Matt in particular was extremely nice and very willing to spend as much time with me as necessary explaining the many features of the knowledgeable. I found the Infiniti dealership staff to be very accommodating, friendly and the experience was better than I anticipated. The only thing that surpised me was the shipping fee I was charged for the accommodating, friendly and the experience was better than I anticipated.
