Van took the time to show us the car(s) and to answer all of our questions (even the stupid ones), and we never felt any pressure to make ever had. Our experience was very good, just short of great. Infiniti is a premium brand and their pricing is commensurate, but they also delivered an appropriate experience. The staff schedules the drop off time so I never have to wait, the car is always ready when promised and the car is always washed and the interior cleaned. They provide detailed information on the work done and the status on wear items like tires and brakes. You can be confident that only the work that is needed is being done. My car still runs like new. More
