Just a note about the service at Infiniti of Nashua which we have enjoyed since 2006. When we made the move from a Lexus to an M35X, we met the team of Gus, Jack and Dale. They have provided us with the best personal service as well as maintaining our cars. They are not only the service team for our cars but also have become friends. In 2003 I purchased a 1998 Infiniti Q45 with 85,000 miles. My vehicle is now approaching 275,000 miles and all of the service work has been done by Dale and his team at Infiniti of Nashua. And as far as great customer service is concerned one could not do better than dealing with Jack Korpey. While he really knows the Infiniti product line I believe that Jack's best attribute is his ability to work with the customer and make the whole customer service experience a pleasant and productive one. In summary I am extremely pleased with Infiniti of Nashua and I will continue to work with Jack, Dale, and their service team. More

Sean was not your typical salesman. He was genuinely friendly. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He knew his product inside and out. He also was well informed about other vehicles we were compa friendly. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He knew his product inside and out. I hate to be followed around. He made sure upon delivery that we truly knew all the functions of our vehicle and were comfortable using them. The car was clean. All items promised were delivered. I was told to see him if I had any issues in the future, and I felt he meant it. As we were test driving one day, a woman passed who had obviously bought a car in the past. She went out of her way to see Sean. He engaged with her, and knew her name after the fact. Not often heard of. I have bought at least 12 new cars in the past and have never seen such a thing.
