I bouught my G35x in 1/08 and have had nothing but great luck with it so far. I hvae brought it in twice for service (regular maintenance). On both occasions a loaner vehicle was available. When I arrived at the dealership (after a 292 mile drive) the service was friendly, and all the paperwork was prepared, making the transaction quick and trouble free.
