Prompt courteous I recently went to Infiniti to have an oil change and alignment. I have been to this location numerous times since purchasing my qx70 here. I had run I recently went to Infiniti to have an oil change and alignment. I have been to this location numerous times since purchasing my qx70 here. I had run over a pothole and had some minor damage to the plastic covering underneath the bumper. I had taken it to a local auto body ( not realizing that Infiniti of Nashua does this work). I scheduled work for two weeks later and would need to rent a car because the work would take 7 days. When I brought my car to Infiniti for my oil change Dennis greeted me and checked out the damage, got me into a loaner and in 36 hours did the oil change, alignment, detailed the car ( buffed out every scratch!!) , replaced the plastic covering , and did ac servicing. I saved a week of car rental ( and time). The process is so easy and convenient!!!! More

Great I recently purchased my first Infiniti with the help of Nick McIntyre. I was pleased with the over all courtesy of the staff at Infiniti of Nashua, it I recently purchased my first Infiniti with the help of Nick McIntyre. I was pleased with the over all courtesy of the staff at Infiniti of Nashua, it's nice to walk into a car dealership and not have salesmen all over you. Upon my first visit I spoke with Nick about a particular vehicle that I wanted to take a look at. Nick pulled up the Qx56 and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, I sat in it to make sure it was what I wanted and told him I would be back. Nick was not intimidating or pushy about me making the purchase right away, that I like in a sales person. I returned the following weekend with my husband to purchase the vehicle. We also had a great experience with Steve Sokoloff the finance manager who made sure we took advantage of the different coverage options.
