Bad car washing Twice now that I have brought my car in for service the wash that they did has swirled the paint pretty bad. After the first one I spent 8 hours polishing the car just to have it happen again. Good service otherwise, maybe just skip the wash. Had 4 new tires installed and pressure on 1 of the 4 was at 51lbs. More

They took care of me! Had a flat after only 3800 mi on new lease, they got me in the next day, fixed the flat, put spare back underneath, and let me drive away. Took too long, incomplete job I went in for an oil change, scheduled for “express” and was told on the phone “in and out in an hour” when I checked in, same thing. Then they said m I went in for an oil change, scheduled for “express” and was told on the phone “in and out in an hour” when I checked in, same thing. Then they said my alignment was off and they could do it in about the same time “just around an hour” an hour and 43 minutes later my car was completed and I didn’t get my car wash. My time is valuable to me and I was unfortunately there on a Friday evening before working all weekend. When I asked what the hold up ended up being it was the alignment machine. Be honest with your customers. I’ll be back because i still have oil changes and my car is under warranty. Just disappointed this is the second time I have been stranded with my kids in your waiting room. More
