I was told that my annoying door chiming issue had been fixed- apparently they reset it and it didn’t chime!! They were aware that the deafening chime occurred 99%of the times! Unfortunately, as soon as fixed- apparently they reset it and it didn’t chime!! They were aware that the deafening chime occurred 99%of the times! Unfortunately, as soon as I drove off and stopped less than a mile from the service center- the chime went off. I wish the department had figured the issue and resolved it. This experience tarnishes any positive encounters I have have had with the center. It’s so far from my home so not something I can just ‘turn around’ and drive back!! Am disappointed that the dealership could not resolve an issue on their model car!! More

My car was repaired correctly the first time, nothing needed to be readdressed. It was fairly dirty when I dropped it off, and it was clean when I picked it up. Loaner car was new and clean. I enjoyed my service. Victor has a nice manner and great personality. I did not want to wait the couple of hours as I had many things going on and asked for a loaner.
