The initial diagnosis resulted in a rather hefty fee but the service team worked with me to find available coupons and credits to keep the cost manageable. Service was provided in a timely and professional manner and my service writer Dennis even stayed after closing time to allow me to make it to the dealership to pick up my car when I was further delayed by traffic. I appreciate not only the great service but the extra effort the Dennis took to ensure they got my car back to me on the day promised. Overall a great experience. More

Great reception... no communication after that pleasant and efficient when first bringing my car in for service. Expectations set for approximately 1hr15min work per advisor.. At 1 hr 15 heard nothing...waited till 1 hr 30min and texted someone who early texted me earlier saying they would be happy to provide updates/answer questions. Heard nothing after 5 minutes... re-texted still heard nothing back on car status... decided at 1 hr 45 min to find advisor... found them and my car was just sitting ready ...don’t set expectations and then not follow thru... I’m sure I would have been sitting there for 2 hrs + had I not sought out the advisor More

Fast service with personal care. Dealer service mgr called me regarding recall for camera adjustment. Since I was at the dealership anyway, I requested my 1st dealer service.. Dennis is the BEST!! Needed tires changed over and an oil change. Dennis gave me a loaner car and kept in contact that day.
