Lease I use the dealership because the maintenance is included in my lease terms. Can't 100% say I'd use a dealership because the prices are always higher. They are always friendly and efficient and have not had any problems/issues. My only complaint would be that I've seen other dealerships ( non luxury brand) always clean the interior and exterior any time a service was performed.....they "vacuum" (barely) and "wash" car....my car exterior was pretty dirty upon return this last time, considering my vehicle is white...there were steaks of dirt ...i guess id just expect more from such a high end place....
