Not my best experience For the first time after having my car serviced there many times this was not a good experience. The car was not finished when it was promised and t For the first time after having my car serviced there many times this was not a good experience. The car was not finished when it was promised and the loaner car I set up was not available. My wife waited for two hours before she left with the loaner car. My car was back in the shop for a repair they had done in January. I’m not upset with the service, just disappointed. I have been used to having much better customer service when I have been there in the past. I am hopeful that this was just the exception And not the new reality. I am looking forward to much better service in the future. More
Fast, Friendly Service I had the first appointment on the day of major snowstorm, I ended up arriving a few minutes early and everyone was still ready for me. The service I had booked on-line was a minor one and the service advisor instructed me a major service was due at this time. We booked the major service for a future date because I explained i was in s hurry that particular morning.
