oil change Friendly service people but expensive services. Oil change with synthetic oil was >$100 and even with 25% off coupon cost was >$68. These charges included 6 quarts of oil at $10/quart even though the manual states 5 1/8 quarts of oil with an oil change. So since the dealership buys oil in 50 gallon drums rather than individual oil cans this results in an uncharge of 7/8 x $10 = $8.75 uncharge for each oil change they perform on this and similar cars....nice way to increase the dealership's profits without doing any additional work. Also, tried using the Albrecht Reward dollars that I had and, of course, these could not be applied to an oil change...presumably only to buying a $40,000 or more car....nice reward system you have.....won't be back for any other service for my car....local mechanics do the same job and a more reasonable price More

Service Perfection! I was five hours from home on a college visit when I detected a problem. The service team walked me through roadside assistance, called ME to check on me while waiting for the tow truck, greeted the tow teuck as soon as we pulled up, held my hand to get me out of the tow truck, effortlessly pulled my records, made me comfortable with a cappuccino, washed my car, and got me out in under an hour! They heard me! They understood that I had important plans for the weekend with my daughter. They cared for me and my daughter! They stayed overtime to get me going! They made me feel not so far from home. Victor and his crew were beyond five stars. I am SO impressed. They represent Infiniti and all that the brand promises. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Service above and beyond My G37 broke down on Broad St in Nashua and Stephan S, who happened to be a Service Technician at Infiniti of Nashua, was driving by and stopped and a My G37 broke down on Broad St in Nashua and Stephan S, who happened to be a Service Technician at Infiniti of Nashua, was driving by and stopped and asked if he can help. He determined that it was not a simple fix and it would have to be towed. He even helped with the name and number of the tow company who they typically use. Fate has it, and the following day Stephan S happened to be the technical assigned to work on my car and remediated the issue. The Service Advisor Victor Pena explained everything and was wonderful to deal with. More
