Mixed review I felt my intial call to the service center made me feel a little stand offish. When I explained another service center that had done my oil change r I felt my intial call to the service center made me feel a little stand offish. When I explained another service center that had done my oil change recommended I take my vehicle to the dealer for a common mechanical issue in the rear end and one they were even kind enough to print paperwork about from the manufacturer, I was told by the service advisor over the phone they had never heard of this? Well I brought the vehicle in and the intake advisor informed me this was a very common problem with my vehicle????? They did provide a loaner vehicle and finished the repair that was in question in a very timely manner, my experience at the dealership was good. More
