Repairs took too long Repairs took much longer than predicted and service representative did not keep me informed of delays. I had to repeatedly ask for a status. As I waited a number of loaners were returned but none were offered. By the time I left I was so unhappy that I swore never to buy another Infiniti, after 20 years of loyalty to the brand. More

Great experience I recently had a flat tire. I had a spare put on and had a new tire at home. I brought it to Infiniti and they installed it and was able to do an oil I recently had a flat tire. I had a spare put on and had a new tire at home. I brought it to Infiniti and they installed it and was able to do an oil change as well that. So, my tire blew out at 10 am brought my car to infinity of Nashua at noon , got a loaner, received my car with tire installed and oil change done at 4 pm. Now that’s service!!! More
