Problems with the tires I came to Infiniti for my QX 70's 15,000 check up and service. Once the tires were rotated, the service men did not check to see if the car's tires were in balance. On the two and a half hour ride back home, at 60 to 80 mph the car rocked and shook so bad the seats started to squeak. I also have a broken leg and my leg was in pain because of the imbalance in the tires. I called first thing on the following Monday, and of course no one had an answer except to drive 6 hours round trip back to Infiniti, which I just can not do. So now I must go to a mechanic and have my tires balanced. This is just unacceptable and it was so expensive. More

Victor Pena is your go to guy! Victor was outstanding from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I drove home in my fixed car. I had many issues with the customer service representatives of a different infinity dealership but that was not the case at Nashua. They moved quick, gave updates, and had class. Would highly recommend their services. More

Great buying/service center experience I bought a used car on Friday, and unfortunately had to have it serviced on Saturday due to a brake issue. I called Henry on Saturday morning, and he referred me to the service center. I worked with Victor Pena from the service center, and everything went smoothly. I was given a loaner car, and was able to pick up my car Saturday night after being serviced. Henry was great throughout the buying process & Victor handled everything with the service arrangements flawlessly. Great customer service all around, thank you very much. More
