Recall for QX80 I was initially notified by email that I had a recall. I believe I called infinity and talked with Tony who set up the time for me to come in. When I came in for the recall I worked with Dennis. Dennis was extremely prompt and pleasant and offered to update my inspection sticker. He pointed out a few concerns as well as is looking into an odd discoloration (second time this has happened) to my grill. I’m waiting to hear back on how this will be resolved. Had a good experience during the recall / time I was at the service center. More
