When I arrived at the dealership, John met me in the lobby while maintaining social distance protocols, explained that he had a QX50 ready for my test drive, John provided an overview of the QX50 and let me take the vehicle. When I returned, John explained the differences between the QX50 trim levels, and asked if I had any questions. He also introduced me to Marcus, who provided more information. Both were extremely professional and curious. I was not ready to purchase and left the dealership. John followed up my visit with a couple of email providing more info and asking if I had any questions. The final deal was completed via a series of email with John and Marcus. One of the best car buying experiences ever. John delivered the new car to my house the next day, all the paperwork was completed and ready for my signature. I was very impressed with the entire experience, and would highly recommend John and Marcus, Infiniti of NKY and the QX50!. j Not once did he ask the standard car salesman's question "what can I do to get you to buy today?"
