Fast , polite and knowledable I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very sma I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you. More
