But, I left a message on 11/2 informing Anthony that the car was still making noise and I have yet to receive a return call. This is not the only time that I have left a messages for this service center and not received a call back. Unfortunate customer service given the amount of $ spent on a luxury brand like INFINITI. Very long wait times that exceed their own estimates by 50% Generally, the quality of service is very good. The staff is very polite and accommodating, listens and tried very hard to solve the problems and mak Generally, the quality of service is very good. The staff is very polite and accommodating, listens and tried very hard to solve the problems and make customers happy. All that they do very well - management and service agents. The problem is wait times. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. That is way too long. On top of that, estimates on the phone before arriving and when handing over the keys, were an hour. The result, missed meetings and lost money that goes well beyond the value of an oil change. More
