Another great service experience I always enjoy my service visits at Infiniti of Norwood. This time I just needed my tire pressure sensors adjusted, which didn't take very long. Great people no hassle I went to the dealer on lunch break to just check in on a lease that had another 2 months in it. My wife wanted the newer version of the same car and I went to the dealer on lunch break to just check in on a lease that had another 2 months in it. My wife wanted the newer version of the same car and I was thinking about starting the process and coming back later in the week to do the paperwork etc.. I was in and out back on my way to work in the new vehicle in less than an hour. Mike and Mike were great, knew I needed to head back to work so they processed everything with a sense of urgency to accommodate me. I have two cars that I trade in every 2 to 3 years and always dread the process. These people are great and by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. More
