Keep your old invoices and don’t get charged for faulty work I am writing this review for my spouse who brought our car in and usually brings our car in, yet Infiniti never verifies phone number or who to send s I am writing this review for my spouse who brought our car in and usually brings our car in, yet Infiniti never verifies phone number or who to send survey to. This appointment took longer than expected and my husband had to leave because the WiFi at the dealership was not working and so he could not use the laptop he brought to work remotely. Thankfully he was given a loaner car and able to go to his office. Our biggest complaint is that the technician or whoever wrote the bill neglected that we had a full brake job done two months ago and the faulty part they replaced (under warranty) caused the other problems they charged us for, such as resurfacing the rotors. At the time , my spouse didn’t recall that we had all new rotors two months ago and he was rushing because the service took longer than anticipated and he had to pick up our children. Otherwise I think he would have verified whether the rotors that were resurfaced were new. But the technician should have been aware and not charged for that. The next day, after back and forth on the phone, the manager agreed to refund the cost of the rotor resurfacing. However there was a note on the invoice that the brake pads were very worn. Brake pads that were two months old. I believe those should have also been replaced free of charge. The manager said he would have to look into that and “call us back”. More
