I had a welcoming experience!! My service rep Aaron was amazing! He took his time making sure all my questions were answered and addressed while in for service. It was a short wait until he came back to tell me what the plan was, while I waited I enjoyed a nice fresh muffin in their waiting room, I was asked by another team member would I like to watch another channel on their tv? They sent me on my way in a brand New Q50 because it was going to take some time for them to diagnose. When my car was ready they were happy to say, no rush getting back here today! When I came back ( the next day) Aaron said, Welcome back! So sweet. Thanks for taking such good care of me ... Melissa M More
Vape pen left in my car, my son found it Been here a handful of time for service and always great. The wait was about 3 hrs which is longer than usual but that’s the only time it’s been bad. When I got home later that day my son found a vape pen on the floor of the car. I was confused how it got there but assume it came from a technician. This was unprofessional and inexcusable. A kid found it! Might be best practice to not bring those into the cars you are working on. More

Unlike other service departments, Infiniti of Norwood only performs work whi I'm always happy with the service and cannot say enough about the staff. Unlike other service departments, Infiniti of Norwood only performs work which is needed at a reasonable price. For those reasons I will continue having my vehicle serviced here and will purchase another Infiniti from Norwood when the time is right. More

3 months of waiting It has been over 3 months and I still haven’t received a refund on a runner fee that I was charged for but never used, a reimbursement for receiving t It has been over 3 months and I still haven’t received a refund on a runner fee that I was charged for but never used, a reimbursement for receiving the car with no gas on delivery, and touch-up paint that was supposed to have been sent to me. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, management cannot figure out how to make this right. I receive endless emails asking how my experience was..My responses obviously fall upon deaf ears since nobody above Adam G has even attempted to reach out. The only response that I have received is that they need my address--even though I have received 4 statements from Infiniti Finance and I must have written down my address 25 times on the paperwork that I provided them with. Just send it to me so that I can put this horrible experience behind me! It's $250.00 and a $50.00 tank of gas which is really nothing compared to what I spent on the car. It's really too bad--the car is nice--I just cannot get the bad taste out of my mouth and the sales people at Norwood Infiniti have basically brushed me aside--almost immediately after the handshake. More
